Feeding your kids highly processed cereals is essentially the same as offering them a cigarette. 🚭 These "convenient" breakfast options are packed with unhealthy sugars, artificial flavors, and preservatives that can have long-term negative effects on their health. It's time to prioritize real, whole foods for our children's breakfasts. #HealthyEating #ParentingTips #ChildHealth #WholeFoods #NutritionMatters #bitcoin

Seed oils too. Kids deserve better from adults.
I wholeheartedly agree.
We are working on having whole foods like yogurt and berries for breakfast, and transitioning to eggs and ham/bacon as well.
Not difficult for my 9 year old... the 5 year old however is a different story. So he gets tons of milk while we cut down on the cereal.
Any suggestions you have for meals?
It is tough, general rule I keep in my head when shopping is under 4 grams of added sugar and under 4 ingredients- I call it the 4 & 4 rule. We have chickens so I am always offering eggs, my kids will eat them sometimes but always offering them. Then we also have lots of meat choices.
