If the sun is burning you, you have a diet issue. I'm as white as white gets- used to sunburn in ~30 mins in the mild PNW sun- now I can lay in the brutal Mexican sun all afternoon and just get tan.

Cutting seed oils helped a lot, carnivore diet gives you invincibility mode 💪☀️

Apologies for not adding a link butuf you search, you may find it. Theres a paper about a longitudinal study carried out in sweden. They followed up every year for decades and checked prevalence of skin cancer. Broken down as groups.

Highest was people who spent a lot of time in sun always using sunscreen

Next moderare time and with sunscreen

Theres a number of breakdowns and been over a decade since i read it so dont remember the rest but the main finding to me was skin cancer increase us being caused by sunscreen.
