Are there any statistics about average nostr usage by time of day?

For example I'd like to know what hour of CET is "best" to publish notes to achieve highest possible visibility?

My 1-day experience with #nostr suggests that it strongly correlates with Eastern Time (US). But correlation ≠ causation, of course.
