Some have the same thumbnails and names, other have different thumbnails. I've done some digging and have also found that there are two acounts. One is Nunya Bidness, the other is David Bennet. Is this something you've been testing out, something on the Fountain end, or it is an imposter stealing your content?
I know that Podcast Index is always fighting duplication so it may just be organic on their side. The thumbnails default to my profile picture every time I don't upload new episode art which happens sometimes.
