I know that Podcast Index is always fighting duplication so it may just be organic on their side. The thumbnails default to my profile picture every time I don't upload new episode art which happens sometimes.
Still, this is worth asking nostr:npub13ql75nq8rldygpkjke47y893akh5tglqtqzs6cspancaxktthsusvfqcg7 about to see if there is a duplicate entry in PI. Thank you for letting me know.
