Is it me, or is Vitalik and the EF between a rock and a hard place right now?

I mean, if the rumors are true and the bybit hack was made by north korean actors and we know EF is technically able to roll back the heist, will they be pressured to do so?

The fact there even is an entity that can be pressured is proof that Ethereum is a joke and a scam, but would they comply? Is us$ 1.4bn enough for the US gov. to take action? Probably not...
