I keep coming across people describing the #nostr network as peer-to-peer. However my understanding is that it’s not because relays don’t talk to each other and clients don’t talk to each other. Clients only talk to relays and relays to clients.
Please LMK if I’ve misunderstood something.

There is no singular central server, but relays act as decentralized servers. The relays are peer to peer maybe? It kind of fits.
