I actually appreciated the history lesson, it was quite interesting.
i think this is the problem. most people don't realise Russia has been oppressed for centuries. All they know is :
Russia = bad.
Putin = bad.
Russia history = communism = bad.
Russia Ukraine war, Russia = bad.
