Not certain about much but I know there’s more to it than that… and orange is my favourite colour.

I must admit to being heavily influenced by Jason Lowery’s argument that without hard power to back the soft powers of rationality, due process, evidence, law, etc, one becomes roadkill to any enemy power that is willing to ignore the soft norms.

Currently it seems like the US is flexing it’s might to remind the world that if you don’t play by the rules (American rules sure, but still rules) then the US will without a doubt use that hard power to either punish or remove those that flaunt them.

The US seems to understand that when an opportunity arises to demonstrate resolve and commitment, one should take it. Where the difference between the opponents is not sufficient to ensure swift resolution with minimal relative casualties (i.e. Russia or China) a containment approach would be less undesirable than rolling the dice and putting too much at risk. Where the outcome is more predictable, i.e. Iran and Venezuela, strike hard and fast with as much precision as can be mustered against the root of the problem. Make smaller adversaries think twice about getting involved in big boy disagreements and then focus on negotiations with the biggers to achieve I must admit to being heavily influenced by Jason Lowery’s argument that without hard power to back the soft powers of rationality, due process, evidence, law, etc, one becomes roadkill to any enemy power that is willing to ignore the soft norms.

When your wonderful Korean wife wants you to keep your young face but your winter beard prevents the mask pack from adhering 🤣🤣🤣

Lucky we live with an open decentralized network where we can do what the fuck we want within consensus… it is a shame though that some peeps keep getting all high and mighty because their worldview is “better” than everyone else’s.

If the benefits of huge op_returns were really so obviously beneficial, why the c2t tactics? Why not start promoting the solution and the setting changes that would enable it instead of pushing it out the way it was?

Anyway, pax moviscum. #thisiswhywedecentralise

I fucking love reading… and for all those out there who haven’t read old classics, it is never too late to pick one up… I’m 50 and love Heinlein but only just reading Starship Troopers for the first time now and I can already feel that it means more to me having read Hayek and Ammous beforehand… but if I had read them in another order then who knows what I would have got from them… The Fatal Conceit read before The Moon is a Harsh mistress? Mein Kampf before Thus spoke Zarathustra? #justpickupafuckingbookman

Available in meatspace BKK UTC+7 :)

I’m standing by for the primal scream… sorry stream

Heading to BKK Friday night for the weekend and want a bit of dark and dirty stomping… anyone got any leads on a place in the city where I can get forest stomp style psytrance (or whatever the kids are calling those sounds these days)?

Dya think GOLD’s tear over the past while is partially a response to bitcoin’s success in popularizing the reality of fiat debasement? Then once understood, peeps are too afraid to go to BTC so they go GLD instead…

Thank you… not usually willing to watch these… but a bunch of us shed tears over this, thank you

When I was coming up feminism looked like this…

Replying to Avatar NICO⚡️

Ya see, personally, I’ve decided on a greater purple allocation… but otherwise I think we’re aligned 🤣

Where did you find that beauty? Or was it an AI output?

Me thinks you need to check that math… :)

When politicians say something like “we want to support innovation across the crypto industry through clearer regulation” what they really mean is “we’re gonna try to restrict your use of anything we currently think is out of our control and find ways to steal it from you through taxation because we’re envious, jealous, fickle C2TS that will scalp off of anything that anyone else creates” #dontneedyourfuckinregulationorapproval #fuckihatecommunists
