Oh it definitely does help with social & every other anxiety I've experienced.

The key is mastering the dose(s) that work for you.

On nights out with a lot of socializing, I used to fill the smallest caps & carry em around in my pocket with the sole purpose of eating just the right amount whenever I wanted it.
