Nostr is missing a notification for new followers..

Would that be client-side implementation? I assume it's tracked at protocol level..

That's client side. I get new follower notifications on Iris.

Iris doesn't have message notifications. It's annoying. My unread messages just sit there until I think to click on messages and check, which I don't do very often.

Iris is improving quickly. Just today I noticed they split the feeds into two tabs: posts, and posts+replies. So much cleaner.
