Wow, why now?

Want to see what it's doing to my body, if it helps building some muscle and if it tastes great enough to have this every other month.

How about eggs my friend? They are a superfood.

Don't believe the bollox that you hear about eggs, eggs are a blessing.

My ex has been putting cooked eggs into a asian spiced sauce for a few weeks and I've been throwing them in my Ramen. Delicious.

Not sure I'll ever like to eat uncooked egg though. Taste and smell are really something.

Uncooked? Goodness no. I don't know why anyone would choose to eat raw egg when there's so many delicious ways of cookng them.

Looks good. Report?

Was delicious. No comparison to any vegan recreation I've tried over the years.

Some of the vegan meals are delicious, but one thing that I never understood was trying to recreate meat, it's almost an admission that your body is craving something more substantive.

Vegans get very creative when trying to replicate the taste/texture of meat, and an entire industry has grown up around it.

Almost all of these fake meat products are utter garbage comprised of ingredients that wouldn't look out of place on a periodic table of elements.

I've had 'seitan' steak that a friend make for me, that wasn't so bad.

I've also had 'bacon' that was made from rice paper and seasoning and liquid smoke.

They were the best 'alternatives' that I can think of and they don't come anywhere close to the flavour and nutrition of meat.

Welcome back 👌

Seriously? Look at what you've been missing...

True, true. Veganism helped me a lot in losing weight and conscious consumption though.

You can easily maintain weight loss on a low carb ketogenic diet and enjoy meat.
