Yes well we all pay for many things that we could in fact do ourselves. That's the allocation of resources that we all make. I could spend my energy to research & develop a new workout every day, or I can spend my energy (money) for someone else to do it for me.
Same could be said for many choices.
People pay for Doordash. They could cook their own food.
People pay for kid's school. They could teach it themselves.
People pay for lawn service. They could cut it themselves.
It's all choices about how to spend your energy.
I don't pay for anything like that stuff because I'm not stupid
The gym is about getting together with your gym buddies and rubbing each others muscles. The way a heterosexual stays in good shape is by riding a bike, climbing a tree, having a real job or an infinite amount of things that are actually productive and enjoyable
