Some days it is frustrating working with normies. The conditioning is so powerful that it is hard for people to step back and see the flaws in the process, and think independently without permission. It is easier to stick to the rules and lose money than it is to try to make incremental changes and improve 😣 The real challenge is, once this is set into culture, it is almost impossible to change 😢

It helps to remember where you came from and how many steps and hurdles you had to take to get to where you are. We are often talking to people about things they can’t conceive of. We couldn’t have conceived of them either until we took about 100 steps in the right direction. It can feel like we are talking down to them, but they need to start at or near ground level and be brought up slowly. And even then, many want want to take the journey. That’s ok. It’s always a dedicate minority that make the difference.
