If you could start nostr over again from scratch what would you change?
Could be culturally (adoption from a community that isn't 99% bitcointwitter) branding (change the name obviously), technicals (I have no idea what to put in this bracket cos I don't know anything) etc.

Start from a Minds-detached keypair the moment a usable client came about, as I knew about Nostr from back when it merely a published protocol and nothing more.
The description of it had me hooked, but for three years no usable client existed that made it easy to hop on and start using it immediately; Branle existed (and was used as the basis for Astral, which was EVERYONE'S first Nostr client), but it was extremely barebones like the protocol itself was at the time.
I can already imagine saving myself from the bullshit of DeSo, Twetch and the like alongside services that couldn't maintain their hype like Flote (R.I.P.).
