You can only buy the fake corn with cash and sell it for cash. No way to buy fake corn with cash and somehow take corn out. And no way to put corn into the ETF to make it fake corn either.

This doesn't effect the retail investor other than it might be less efficient so the price may deviate from BTC sometimes. This mostly impacts the authorized participants who can create or redeem shares.
