I'd recommend avoiding those completely for a month or two & seeing what happens. Bread & grains were the first things I cut out & I think the greatest improvements came from that. Withdrawal sucked tho.

Potatoes are very carby, but as long as they're not loaded with veg oil (fake or low quality butter) I think they're less bad than grains. In my experience poop consistency can be regulated by adding small amounts of carbs just to get off zero.
