What is the best LLM that you have found to provide the most truthful answers? I’m looking for an alternative to ChatGPT that has no built-in censorship. If there’s a free or reasonably priced product available, let me know! I’m also open to self-hosted options if that is the path to take.

Have you checked out unleashed.chat? Reasonably priced. You pay in sats. Has Nostr integration and a few different models to choose from.
I use ppq.ai for all things LLM.
But they are not censor free I think.
But maybe for testing it's useful?
