Spent the day trying to transition LNbits from poetry2nix (unmaintained) to uv2nix (not ready) for our nix build. I feel like the only answer to to freeze our nix build for a few versions until poetry2nix is back on its feet or uv2nix is more usable. Wish we had resources/time to contribute to either, but for now we just have to wait 😭
