I’m trying chicory for the first time this year, but mine is nowhere near that far grown! When did you start it?
Had to look at my notes. Started in flats on July 1. Transplanted on July 28.

16 June and 18 August for me, maybe I need to get them in the ground sooner.
I think you will still be good. I try to get them in early because when the rain starts here for real they do not hold up well. They over winter in my climate but start to rot by mid November.
