I’ve been admittedly hoarding it, but I did start with the Black Pepper and if anything beats it I will be impressed indeed!

The Black Pepper is basically the flavor profile that I started with, it carries through to the Ghost Chili, Elk, and Bison, too (without too much pepper).
Hoarding is good. It's got a long shelf life, unopened. Had a friend buy about 20 bags one summer, who said it was great all the way into winter.
