The Black Pepper is basically the flavor profile that I started with, it carries through to the Ghost Chili, Elk, and Bison, too (without too much pepper).

Hoarding is good. It's got a long shelf life, unopened. Had a friend buy about 20 bags one summer, who said it was great all the way into winter.

No surprise there, it’s the good shit. How long does it last so I can mark it? I doubt there will be much left by spring anyhow but good to know.
