In the last few months I've had two newcoiner friends who had issues with nostr:nprofile1qqsfy229w70e8lgtxavlz9t78k06yrel6fxyhreteafqet8kfxhhwmgpr9mhxue69uhhqun9d45h2mfwwpexjmtpdshxuet59uq3vamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwwpexjmtpdshxuet5uzhxm7 Green wallet and Cobovault. On both occasions their BIP39 seed phrase did not work when restoring on an alternative wallet. One tried nostr:nprofile1qqsvxq03xdev3uxehjqcdkr5lfzl5vawmcf7vm6ps73m6ghwg8y4k2spz4mhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejqz9nhwden5te0dehhxarj9eekcmm5dpujuamfdcq9v6rc which showed a zero balance, the other nostr:nprofile1qqsqxqmml7j56x4lrylqm4h2ce9etmrmeunyqfheu8kjewdsuwn7mkqpzfmhxue69uhkzum5wfskctnwd9hx5cgpramhxue69uhky6t5vdhkjmndv9uxjmtpd35hxarn9ehkumrfdejsmd83ak which did the same.

Strangely the first was able to get nostr:nprofile1qqsqxqmml7j56x4lrylqm4h2ce9etmrmeunyqfheu8kjewdsuwn7mkqpzfmhxue69uhkzum5wfskctnwd9hx5cgpramhxue69uhky6t5vdhkjmndv9uxjmtpd35hxarn9ehkumrfdejsmd83ak to work. The Green guy was able to fix his issue but withdrew all his funds because of this.

Anyone have any idea what's going on bearing in mind I'm 99% sure the words were correct and they weren't using a passphrase.
