From 1945 - 1991 Europe faught the cold war, then european troops faught

1991 - 2001 The Yugoslav wars

1998 - 1999 The Kosovo war

2011 intervention in Libya

2001 - 2021 Afghansitan war

The progress Mme Lagarde refers to is obviously the turnover the arms industries has made under all these wars. Trillions of Euros have been spent by the european states!

After 1998 under the Euro-System all the money came from the European Central bank. From a bankers perspective that is a unification, but not the one the citizens have counted on!
