Aah now I understand, this announcement was about the upgrade from `preview` to the full blown `o1` language model.
Ya multi modal is an important feature to me, because I have limited connectivity. I can work on a VPS, but I can't browse the internet on a VPS that easily. Perplexica/perplexity helps with that...
