Was at the gym today. Most people there were just sitting on a machine scrolling on their phone. Then didn’t a couple of light reps every 5 minutes. Then left without ever having even broken a sweat. Just lol.
There’s been times I did this. Just want to get out of the house and don’t want to push it that day.

A great option, I enjoy the sauna at the gym as well.
