Well what I mean is those keys should be in deep cold storage.

Getting them out to sign a message every time you buy bitcoin might be a bad idea.

Agreed, but if you're an Exchange or a Bitcoin only company, that's literally your job.

Unless, that is, you're an exchange that sent Ethereum to a North Korean wallet 😂
