A client came in to the workshop today and got the hint that I don't need his business.

When a client sets up a meeting and doesn't show up or shows up very late without any notice, I don't care to do business with people like that.

And guess what mf, I don't need to. I don't chase. I have enough that I no longer need to.

Hell yeah for to long people were trapped in a mindset that customer is always right

My service is as much valuable as your money so if you need it come and get it

Amen!

I don't get where the whole "customer is always right" belief came from. It's pretty simple - when either one is dissatisfied, they can go elsewhere or I can choose not to do business.
