When I try and do walk throughs with my wife of cold storage, seed phrase, signing devices and etc it’s mental gymnastics that she needs to be interested in to attain. She doesn’t seem interested.

Maybe that’s an ode to her confidence in our marriage but if something were to happen to me it’s a complicated matter.
