That makes total sense, potato cake. I have a lot of Norwegian ancestry, I even remember my grandfather's cousins coming to Canada to visit as a child. I need to find some lefsa for Christmas...
amazing! 🤩🤩🤩 we use lefse not just around christmas but for so many different things. Hotdogs, with butter, sugar & cinnemon. But it also depends on where you live in Norway

yeah with ketchup, mustard & something called sprøstekt løk. It’s delicious 🌭 
Hot dogs cut up with Kraft Diner.
Boil water, add noodles & hot dogs. Drain, cut up dog follow kraft instructions for cheese
"Gangan waluh" or can be roughly translated into "Pumpkin soup". It is local cullinary (Banjarese) in my hometown. Not sure if there are people who write the recipe in English 😅
