Thatβs easy to throw out in court tbh - but thatβs also the same reason why women wonβt get rape kits done in the US in a lot of states

Yeah it sucks! States either collect the rape kits and then donβt actually test them *at all* or they use the rape kits to charge the victims w other crimes (often non violent property crimes) itβs all extremely demonic
