Is it? Wow. I never knew that. But gosh, it makes sense... But that's still awful.
Yeah it sucks! States either collect the rape kits and then donβt actually test them *at all* or they use the rape kits to charge the victims w other crimes (often non violent property crimes) itβs all extremely demonic
