Do you freeze it? I have frozen it and it turns a horrible brown color, still tastes fine but looks pretty unappetizing. I see you have a lemon, I do add some but is that the secret?

Oh wow I’ve never had that happen! This is 2 food processor batches and each has half a lemon in it.

Yeah i don't use nearly that much lemon juice, that must be the secret to keep the color from browning.
