Hope this helps
Thanks. This will be a good fallback. I'm hoping that nostr:nprofile1qytzqamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k7tcpr3mhxue69uhkummnw3ez6vfwde3x7tnpdenkzmnf9e3k7tcqypr90hlgjed73xq2jvrjhna4ukdx2yjyqmdslqvjzhh83wj8jd9numxx6g9 or nostr:nprofile1qyt8wue69uhh2mtzwfjkctnvda3kzmp6xsurgwqpzpmhxw309a6k6cnjv4kr5dpcxsuqqg829c7gzngg5du03fdcltkt9zzdqkz4jaw9ef94cf0z6munv2r0zsg8cnv5 chime in with a more integrated approach.
Also, this is confusing:
"Migrations from default Alby Hubs and to LND-based Alby Hubs (e.g. Umbrel or Start9) and vice versa are not supported currently."
How can we put it differently?
"... are not supported natively. Do it on your own risk. "?
"... are not supported from the UI. Do it on your own risk. "?
Or something like that. The point is that there is no assisted support.
Sorry my bad English 😅
So, since the Umbrel package requires LND, Umbrel is simply unsupported?
If so, will the community store version continue to be supported, or will I be forced to tear mine down and set it up again using the official Umbrel App Store version?
This isn’t the question he’s asking. He just wants to replace the nostr:nprofile1qytzqamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k7tcpr3mhxue69uhkummnw3ez6vfwde3x7tnpdenkzmnf9e3k7tcqypr90hlgjed73xq2jvrjhna4ukdx2yjyqmdslqvjzhh83wj8jd9numxx6g9 app from the Umbrel community app store with the official release.
Yup. That implies to replace the Docker container.
Replacing it may require to replace the databases routes too. So the principle is the same.
I'm open to hear if I'm in a mistake.
Just not copying the files through different devices but through different routes on the same device.
Like migrating from Core to Knots.
I’m sure your method works as described for migrating between different machines but it would be helpful to see a set of instructions written out just for this scenario.
