BITCOIN - You're fucked if you loose your key.
CBDC - Can call your banker if you loose your password.
Maybe the only advantage and in case you get hacked by social engineering it's even another disadvantage.
Also fee can be highly variable on Bitcoin but are most likely fixed (or zero?) on CBDC.
I still think Bitcoin is superior but we should be fare when doing a comparison and work on solving the weakness. Lightning + multisign with miniscript backup key might be one of the possible solution.
