i keep on forgetting that if i add fibre to my diet i can digest fats better

back in 2015 when i first started trying out paleo diet i used to get the fibre from spinach (which is also quite high in vitamin E) but if i don't get fibre in the meal with my fat my intestines get cranky and everything goes through too quickly

when you absorb fats adequately, they provide slow burn energy that lasts all day, unlike the bursty up and down yoyo of sugar and starches

GM☕️☕️🌅✝️Titrate protein % up a bit and lower fat a bit and things should improve ymmv.

i'm already eating 300-500g of beef every day, that's not the issue, it's the fat that triggers the diarrhea

i was just alerted to the existence of a type of symbiotic bacteria that lives on the borderlands of the small and large intestine that lives off fibre... possibly there is some issue related to this, but the european union forbids selling the actual live bacteria, even though it's a human symbiote!!!! FUCK THE EU i hate it so much

I've added fermented food to my keto/carnivore hybrid diet. I take approximately 100g per day of Sauerkraut to keep gut bacteria in balance. Spinach is also a daily fibre staple in my diet, and twice a week I add avocado too.
