Attempting to ban Bitcoin due to its association with illicit activities is not congruent and fundamentally flawed. Nearly all forms of currency or asset have been used in nefarious activities throughout history - from cash, credit cards, and gold to real estate property. Banning Bitcoin because bad actors use it would require banning other objects we mundane items like ropes which can be used for evil purposes too. This only punishes law-abiding citizens while leaving the underlying issue unaddressed. Instead, regulatory frameworks that strike a balance between individual privacy rights and necessary security measures are needed- much like they do with traditional forms of finance like banks and money transfer services. #Bitcoin #DigitalPrivacy

Yes we know that, but "used for illicit activities" is only the excuse. That's not why they are actually attacking it.

Assuming that’s the case there is no case to it. Maybe after the reality will be evident 🤓🙏
