What's your most used spice after black pepper and salt?

So much random stuff on my shelf, tested once and forgotten 😅

Curcumin (spelling?) is my most used, then some herbs 🌿

Gosh, it really depends on what I'm in the mood to cook. I use rosemary and oregano a lot. Cumin would probably be another runner up. I use star anise fairly regularly. Kaffir leaf, parsly and thyme. 🤔

I actually have no idea what my most used spices besides salt and pepper.

Unopened bag of star anise, no idea where to use it... Crafting maybe 😂

I use it in a lot of curries an pork dishes. Whenever I want a slightly licorice flavor.

I don't know but cinnamon is an underrated spice outside of sweet dishes

So you sprinkle it on your steak or what? 🫣

No but I've used a small amount of it in a burger with good results 🤙

Why not, yolo 💀

Cumin and turmeric for all my dishes. And for my traditional foods, I use bay leaves, cardamom and cloves

That's what I mean, you only need few good ones. 👍🏽

Always good to post first, then check the spelling...I meant turmeric as my no 1 🦝

Probably either garlic salt or a seasoning salt like Lawry's or Cookies

Garlic is good, even better added as claws. One of the few spices kids don't complain 😄
