Funny, I learned about punycode and went into a rabbit hole about it (and Unicode in general) when I randomly landed on your site.

As you write in the post, I didn't notice the domain name was funky until I just ended up there when opening tons of tabs about.. GrapheneOS, I'm pretty sure. And then I tried to bookmark the most interesting ones and was like "the heck?"

I do have a soft spot for anonymous, unapologetic and humble web presence personal sites. Most likely nostalgia for a time when most personal sites weren't just landing pages trying to sell you something, get you on an email list, or act as a linktree towards BigSocialMedia platforms.
