I've onboarded a couple of people this last year, both of them at around today's prices, and I told them repeatedly to expect a 30-40% crash at some point during the second half of this year and in 2025.
I also stressed many times that I was helping them get into bitcoin only and strictly as a means of saving long term, and only if they committed at least to not selling for several years, and preferably never.

If you have just jumped on board maybe it wont get "easy" for you but it certainly gets easier.
Do not think that the stress of your first major dip is the same one you will feel every time. Do not think that you just can't live with the anxiety or regret or that you are not cut out for this.
It gets easier.
