It definitely is, I saw nostr:npub1ymt2j3n8tesrlr0yhaheem6yyqmmwrr7actslurw6annls6vnrcslapxnz say she muted some reply bot but it keeps showing up, and that’s how I found out my mute list keeps getting rugged. And hers most likely is as well bc that bot only has one npub.
