What if the copy is done before the reconstitution, and you are conscious in two interconnected bodies through mind-melding.
Like if you were to have a limb grafted to you, but it's a brain. And then you cut off your old body and it gets destroyed atter it loses consciousness. You never lost consciousness or memories.
Did you kill yourself?
Like can you extend your life by overlapping aging bodies and controlling more than one body at a time and shedding them as they break down ?

Eh the physicality is not in question it's the thinking part that I question. And what is done with the old you? How do those reconstructed memories feel.
I do believe I am a new person every day, and sometimes I see changes even in one day.. I don't know what is done with old me.. I do see my inner self as a flowing river of energy that can change and evolve it's pace influenced by its banks and the surroundings.
Reconstructed memories can be like old river passage that got dried up.. there's no water left or less than before, but something can happen and water could flow again there in the right conditions..

Indeed, I agree completely with you, as I am reaching the conclusion that solid answers came just from cold thoughts and so then become freezed and solid, low energy.. we need more energy and hot thoughts to teleport! 😂😅
