GM: All mining pools "censor" transactions, they all construct blocks based on their preference. (Fees, OFACT, asicboost, etc). Many even take out of channel payments. Many/most? Large miners and pools use custom nodes too!

Ocean was just being more transparent about their preferences. In all honesty, didn't even think of 42 bytes issue. Knots was forked from core at 40. Not everything is about the ninjas.

Until we have stratum v2, hashers have no real choice.
