no, i was quite weak and woozy especially once the ketosis started up on the third day

off topic tho

I might need to try this fast. I do intermittent some times, but that's only 16 to 18 hours.

yeah, i definitely recommend getting to 3 days and onset of ketosis

i think part of the reason why it's helped me so much is it has literally taken a chunk out of the damage that decades of alcohol and sugar/starch have done and unlocked some of my liver's living capacity that i had not hade use of in a long time

but beware, ketosis is kinda scary, you get hot, a bit dizzy, weak, a bit mentally confused, your pee smells weird and you may also notice your breath smells weird

i expect that as one repeats thet process the amount of shock of it reduces and each time probably you claw back some more of your liver and kidney function

that's the other thing, gotta stay hydrated, fasting you need hydration but when you get into ketosis you need it 2x more

I'm already in ketosis and have been for a while. My average carb intake is less than 12g per day, and it includes the small amount of carbs in the eggs I eat daily.

A 3 day fast would be great for speeding up the fat loss and tidying up my body after years of alcohol and other garbage, as you mentioned in your own case.

I might give this a try in the coming weeks.

yeah, for sure ketosis helps reverse fatty liver, i'm almost certain of it

and just as sleep is needed especially by the nervous system but also endocrine and immune system to alow regeneration processes to take place, starvation is needed to do the same thing for the digestive system
