nostr reminds me of the early facebook days when your family, friends or neighbors weren't on it and you just added & intereacted with strangers.
The conversations were great because bots and spammers hadn't arrived yet. You actually had organic interactions with real people that lasted a long time on facebook until they started cracking down and censoring people and removing fun features.
Facebook was amazing in the early days.
