What's your budget? My main driver for years now has been a Lenovo X1 Carbon with Ubuntu, but they are fairly expensive new.

Well since my Super Yacht sank with my keys I'm having to wait till we get a deep sea submersible to make the trip... so I'm a bit tight less than 1500... it's going to get a lot of use so I really don't mind spending the money... want something dependable... its going to get a lot of love
Ubuntu is the only linux I've really used... some people have a real dislike for it... it's good to hear you're a fan
