Without knowing about them? No. You'd need to know that the channel exists and what the link or name is.

Nah, for real, just start interacting, commenting, asking, etc. and you'll pick everything up pretty quickly

Zapddit.com has a way to see groups (but not the same types of groups you are looking at)
