The need to tell someone your pronouns is a mental disorder. Keep things simple and you don't have to worry much about understanding the world.
My pronoun is “insert first name.” That is what they are for.
And for a group that talks about how fluid and irrelevant/non existent biological sex is, it is fascinating how obsessed they are with “gendered language.”
