I can only speculate but it feels like making money on traders would be a higher priority (black rock volumes on these ETFs are the envy of the trading world).

Solid point, so coinbase blowing up would cascade into mstr and the ETFs. They would keep the real money and payout everyone else in fiat to make them "whole"
