Why? If they’re illegally here, there is no due process. Fuck em.
Discussion
If there is no due process to check if they are illegals or not, a anyone can be deported including you. They just need to say you are an immigrant and boom, no need to prove anything.
They do check that… wow.. Seriously?
Yep, you have to present your proof. Otherwise, they can just put people in jail for made up stuff.
Or do you really trust government and politicians that are leading them to not make things up?
That’s not true at all. Stop watching CNN lil buddy. People.. ffs..🤣🤦♂️
Which part is not true?
I don't watch TV.
It actually is true. They are putting legal green card holders applying for citizenship in jail for thought crimes. It’s as un-American as it gets.
I mean...
During World War II, the United States forcibly relocated and incarcerated about 120,000 people of Japanese descent in ten concentration camps operated by the War Relocation Authority, mostly in the western interior of the country. About two-thirds were U.S. citizens.
Now we outsource our concentration camps. So much more efficient that way.
All of it.
You think they are not deporting people to El salvador?
Never said that. I think it’s fantastic they ate actually.
So, which part is not true. It can't be "all of it" if this is true.
They are *NOT* deporting those that aren’t illegally here. Simple. I’m done with this stupid conversation. Fuckin’ social media, I swear.
How do you know they aren't? Don't trust, verify. There's no court hearings, no convictions, no evidence presented, no sentence rendered. Without court hearings, these deportations are of people CLAIMED to be illegally here. You are cheering on the removal of the rights that protect all of us.
You agree that all people are innocent until proven the contrary?
I’ll bet 10 Bitcoin that narrative is complete bullshit. Great way to get some likes from others that believe that garbage. Make you feel good?
I had ALL of my documents. They only check the ones that advantage their cause... I could care less about people I would never meet, but that's true of almost anyone. It's when it's me that I get really concerned. Bridging the gap between me and you is the difficult part.
So you pay Vitor 10 Bitcoin, if there was no due process for the people who get deported? Or what is your bet called?
What about the ones who are legally in the US?
…unless you have gotten your Visa revoked.. damn criminals. Gtfo.
The troubling thing is when you have people who are legally here, haven’t had their visa revoked who are not criminals being illegally sent to a prison without due process and not allowed to return. That is why the original post suggested people might be more upset about it.
When they do not have a guarantee for due process you do neighter. It sounds extreme. But when it can be denied to somebody, it can be denied to anybody as well.
Without due process, you could be accused of being here illegally and shipped off to a prison in El Salvador and have no chance to plead your case.
Due process is not given to us as a right because we're US citizens. The framers of that document took it as a given that human beings have those rights.
The constitution is a required limitation on government officials. The reason officials swear an oath to it is that *they* are required to follow it, and not apply it selectively.
